Ms. Vani Raghothama Rao
Managing Director
Vani is an entrepreneur, a passionate technologist and an ex-Microsoft. She has been in the IT industry for over 19 years. She has extensive experience in Software engineering and application development. She has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mysuru University and master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University.
Mr. Ralf Schwarzkopf M.A
Director
Ralf was born in 1968, grew up in Lüdenscheid in one of the most industrialized areas in Germany. After school, he had an intensive training at the Commerzbank and he served in the German army. Ralf has Master’s degree in Economics, Sociology and Psychology. In 1998, he joined his family company Hotset. Over the years, he has helped incorporate Hotset in Malta, Singapore, China, USA and India. Today, he is the Managing Partner of a globalized company with 350 employees around the world.
Mr. Raghavendra Rao
Director
Raghavendra Rao. D.R is the General Manger-India of HIPL India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hotset-GmbH. Mr.Rao was heading manufacturing operations in Dubai-UAE which is a part of Al-Aqili group of companies. Mr.Rao has an extensive experience in establishing new businesses and demonstrated capability in strategic planning and organizational development. Mr. Rao holds a Black belt in Six Sigma and he brings to the Board an executive leadership in Operations.
